Sador Zerie
Head of Development
Sador Zerie is a writer, director and producer based in Birmingham, England. A First Class Honours Filmmaking graduate from Birmingham City University, he has professional experience across film, television, commercial production and independent filmmaking, including work on BBC drama This Town and Apple TV+ series Surface.
As a filmmaker, Sador's work explores themes including identity, race, class, culture and lived experience, with a particular interest in grounded, character-driven storytelling. His directing work includes Blue Skies, Here All Week and Daisies, with further projects including Shark Tooth, The Hurt Business, A Good Man in Hell and his upcoming feature-film directorial debut, What the Dead Left Behind.
As Head of Development at Warehouse Dog Productions, Sador leads the development of the company's original film slate, working across creative development, story, scripts and project development from early concept through to production.

Ben Hands
Head of Production
Ben Hands is a producer and assistant director based in the West Midlands. A First Class Honours graduate, he has experience producing and coordinating ambitious independent productions, including period drama, large-scale kitchen sequences and low-budget shoots with complex logistical requirements.
His work has involved scheduling, movement orders, location sourcing, cast and crew coordination, budgeting and on-set management. He has also worked as a 3rd Assistant Director and stepped up into 1st AD responsibilities, managing extras and helping keep productions on schedule under demanding conditions.
Ben's commercial experience includes assistant directing on a Kumho Tyres campaign in association with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, alongside work across music videos, fitness brands, restaurants and other commercial clients.
As Head of Production at Warehouse Dog Productions, Ben oversees the practical delivery of projects, with a focus on organisation, logistics, scheduling and production strategy.

Ethan Cartwright
Head of Post-Production
Ethan Cartwright is a film producer, video editor and graphic designer based in Birmingham, West Midlands. A First Class Honours Filmmaking graduate from Birmingham City University, with a background in Creative Digital Media Production, he has helped produce three award-winning short films that have screened across the UK and USA, alongside providing video graphics for a range of personal and commercial projects.
As Head of Post-Production at Warehouse Dog Productions, Ethan works across producing, editing, graphics and post-production, helping guide projects from the edit through to final delivery.
Outside of film, Ethan is an amateur film photographer and can usually be found reading, at his local cinema, tackling an escape room or playing a FromSoftware game.

Charlie Stokes
Head of Distribution & Marketing
Charlie Stokes is a UK-based writer and producer with a BA in Film Studies and an MA in Film Distribution & Marketing. His previous industry experience includes an internship with HanWay Films, alongside exposure to major international film markets and festivals.
His background combines creative development with an understanding of distribution, marketing and the wider international film industry. He works across writing, producing, project strategy and the development of original film projects.
As Head of Distribution & Marketing at Warehouse Dog Productions, Charlie helps shape the company's approach to positioning, marketing, distribution and industry engagement across its growing film slate.
